How to show Word document?

You’ll need to convert your DOC file into images (one per page). Then you can import those images in Shotcut.
There are many free online tools that can do that. I tried the one below and it worked well:
Simply make screenshots using the tool included with your operating system with the document opened to the section you want to show.
It is a faster method. But if you need a capture of an entire page that you can enlarge and scroll in Shotcut, the images you get could be too small.
My computer is set at a 1920 x 1080 resolution so the biggest captures I can expect will be 1080 px in height.
The conversion from DOC to JPG gives me 1700px x 2200px images. So in Shotcut, I can zoom in quite a bit before loosing quality.
