As you can see its done it multiple times:

I’ve had this problem before multiple times.
Alternatively can someone link me 3 plain green webms of 540p 720p and 1080p respectively?

Is there a specific reason why you entered into advanced and changed multiple settings?
Just click on the presets to the left, then hitting export is enough to get a clean export.

Using your settings in advanced resulted in a failed attempt.
Ignoring your settings, not entereing advanced and only changing the extension to .webm, successful.

Oops my bad! I changed it a while ago (and had a good reason) but I fixed it by changing it to default codec!
