Why am I keep crashing?

OS: Window10
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H (16 cores)
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with Max-Q Design/PCIe/SSE2

So I keep getting a crash, not just the program, the pc itself. And it seems increasing these days.
It usually happens when I stacked 4-5 workloads or encoding long vids (but its just about 2~3 min vid). Besides it crashed even when I just moved the play bar too. I don’t know its my pc problem or program problems… So can I get an insight about it?

If using an application crashes the operating system, usually the problem is in a driver (for example, GPU) or the hardware (for example, bad memory). You should search the web about how to test your memory.
