Which format for curriculum vitae video?

Hello, I’d like to know what format use to import my curriculum vitae video so that my teacher can watch it on a high school computer. So a simple format that doesn’t require too much power.

Bonjour, je voudrais savoir dans quel format exporter mon cv vidéo pour que mon professeur puisse le voir sur un pc du lycée. Donc un format « passe partout » qui ne requière pas beaucoup de puissance.

for exporting your final project? the youtube export setting is generally well supported and makes a standard mp4 file.

I suggest 1280x720 and export using defaults.
