When I go to the same point of a sound it keeps going

For example i go to second 20 and if i go to the same point it should repeat the same sound over and over again if i go to the 20th second, but no it keeps going, the arrow is at the same point but when i press play its like second 25 when im at second 20.

I realise this doesn’t make any sense, but if someone can help please do!

Audio keeps going while editing video

Basically I’m editing a video and I’m triying to add an audio track to it. When I try to play the video from start to see the progress, the audio does not start in the time i choose but instead it keeps playing were i paused the last time. For example if I stoped the audio on min 3:15 and i go back to min 3:00 it continues playing the audio on 3:15. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong?
