When I export a file and view it in my files the video is just white

I exported a 7 minute video using the YouTube settings and nothing else ( I am a noob to the editing in computer world). When I go to view the video it is just a white screen, but there is audio.
Help would be much appreciated

you can select a preset called H.264 High Profile and it should fix it and put your From setting to Timeline
