In Shotcut I see that YouTube preset already has in Other tab:
movflags=+faststart
preset=fast
But looks like YouTube firstly takes my video and only after that process it. Can I fix this on my end?

Is there something else you haven’t mentioned?
You could also try using MKV instead.
