Video wont work but the audio does

When i export the video it only have audio but it does not have video and it is in MP3 format instead of MP4. But i swear i change the export settings to MP4. Help me please

Click the Reset button at the bottom of the Export panel, do not change anything else, and click Export File.

I already did that. do you need a screenshot? i have to fix this right a way i really need it >_<

I find out a better i dea. I tried to re install the app ^_^. it worked
