Video playback lags

Hello! I have a problem with shotcut. My GoPro Videos lag in the preview.

File Info:
Codec Cineform HD
Resolution: 1920x1080
Framerate: 50 fps
Format yuv422p10le

System:
CPU: Intel® Xeon® CPU E3-1230 V2 @ 3.30GHz
RAM: 16 GB
VGA Card: GeForce GTX 660 Ti

System: 4.12.13-1-ARCH Linux
Shotcut Version: 17.09.04

This version had playback issues.
Most of us went back to 17.08
Apparently fixed in 17.10 though I have other issues with 17.10 so I’m back to 17.08
