My videos are to big, and it doesn´t have Sound.
And iam to Dumb, sorry!

We can help you, but we need more information.
What exactly do you mean by “My videos are too big”
If you mean that the exported videos are bigger than expected (e.g. 3840px by 2160px instead of 1920px by 1080px), check the top of your Shotcut window to see what Video Mode is used.
This will be the dimensions of your exported video file, assuming you didn’t change the Resolution in the Advanced export panel.
Maybe you muted the audio on one or more tracks.
Muted track:
Un-muted track
Maybe you checked the Disable audio box in the Advanced Export panel.
Maybe you’ve set the Audio to none in the Properties panel.
Or maybe you’ve set the Player to mute
Note that muting the Player won’t affect the audio on your exported files.

You should state which device created your video file that needs conversion and then search here based on that and your problem.
There were fixes over the past couple of years for Android and iPhones. Upgrade to the latest version.
“too big” is a matter of opinion. It should be bigger than the source. If you do not like that use a different tool to convert it, but you will degrade both quality and speed in editing by doing so.

Sometimes it works, and sometimes not.
