Video Histogram Scope improvements

Hello, Shotcut developers!

I would like to suggest a few things to improve Video Histogram Scope.

  1. Logarithmic Histogram. With Logarithmic Histogram its easier to see the range of picture instead of the Linear Histogram.

  2. Separate channels. Ability to select channels to see them separately would be really nice.

And thanks for making Shotcut awesome with monthly updates.
