I’m working on a video that shows a slideshow. It was appearing fine, then suddenly the colors all went wrong and it got distorted:

It appears to be the “Fade In Video” effect that became corrupted. If I disable that filter the video plays correctly again.
I have this video cut into multiple segments, and only the one with the “Fade In Video” effect is broken.
I’ve deleted the filter and re-added it. This clears up the problem. It’s still a defect somewhere though.
It sounds like you found a bug. If you can find a way to reliably recreate the problem, please provide the steps so that we can try to fix it.
I don’t know for sure what I did, but I was moving clips around with the mouse.
