Vertigo Effect stuttering/freezing

Hey there!
Hope you’re keeping well
I’m using Shotcut 22.11.25
here are my specs

The vertigo effect seems to have an approx 5 second stutter every 30 - 50 seconds, as though the frames drop and then go back to normal.
Example video: Revile attempt 5009.mp4 - Google Drive

The stutter can be seen at 0:00 - 0:07; 0:22 - 0:25; 0:40 - 0:43; 0:51 - 0:59; 1:13 - 1:17; in the example, this is also visible in the preview whilst editing. The time and duration of the stutter change every time the video is re-exported or replayed in the preview.
This started occurring around 1 and a half months ago, though before that there was no problem (specifications and shotcut version didn’t change, the only thing that is new is a sync with icloud, though I’ve tried exporting it to non icloud folders as well and to no avail)
My temporary solution for this is to export the video, then reimport it, cut it up, and add a fade transition to where it stutters making it unobservable; however, this is extremely inconvenient and time consuming.
So far I’ve tried: upgrading my version to the newest possible shotcut version supported by my operative system, downgrading to several older versions: shotcut 22.04.& shotcut 21, doing a clean reinstall, trying several different resolutions, aspect ratios, and settings, toggling the hardware encoder, exporting in different formats, exporting on different hard drives. I also used different vertigo settings, tried rearranging the order of effects, disabling certain effects, though unfortunately nothing helped.
Here’s the order of effects and their settings:

I’m not too sure where to go from here, so some help would be greatly appreciated!
If you need anymore information feel free to let me know.
Have a nice day/evening/night!!
