After aligning a video to an audio reference track, I realized that the speed change it applied to the video lead to a misalignment later in the song.
Unfortunately I had saved and reopened the project before I realized.
Now I see a tag of “0.9984x” with the video clip and I wonder if there is any other way of undoing the speed change, than replacing the clip with the original?
Would be nice if there was, because I did some other changes to project which else I had to redo.
Side question: Is the indicated speed change reflected in the clip duration and audio waveforms, iow should a clip with 0,9x be displayed as a longer bar than the original? Or is the speed change only applied at export time, when rendering?
EDIT - found it out myself: it is indeed reflected in the size of the clip. A factor of 0.9984x made a difference of 22 frames for a clip of ~9 min.
