Two suggestions: Proxy editing and folders in playlist

I would like to respectfully submit two suggestions.

  1. Please consider including the ability to do proxy editing. It would greatly help people using older (or not so powerful hardware) to effectively use Shotcut.

  2. Please also consider providing the ability to use a folder-type organization in the files we add to the playlist. It would greatly help people when editing videos that include many clips.
