What is your operating system?

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?

I am using Shotcut Windows 10 64bit 21.12.24 version

When the transparency filter and the size, position and rotation filter are applied to the image, the transparency does not change from 100% to 1%, and when it becomes 0%, the image disappears completely.
Rebooting the computer fixes it, but I’m writing a topic on the forum because it’s too troublesome.

This is not a valid bug. The Opacity filter must come after the Size, Position & Rotate filter, or you must ensure the Background color in Size, Position & Rotate is set to transparent.

That is normal and correct.

Rebooting the computer fixes it

I think that shows that the problem is not in Shotcut but your understanding of how image processing works in Shotcut and the state of your computer.
