Transition result is semi-transparent when dynamic "Size and Position" filter applied to a clip

I set “Bar Horizontal” transition type between 2 clips (softness 20%). It works.
When I add “Size and Position” filter with keyframes and changing size and position to the 2nd clip
(to add effect of zooming in to the 2nd clip)
the transition becomes semi-transparent,
so that the below clip is visible through the transition bar edge.

I think this is related to the below, which I am currently working on

The Size and Position places the video on a transparent background currently, which is that you experience in “the below clip is visible”.
