Wondering if anyone has tips for improving Shotcut UI performance when working with large video files. Specifically I have uncompressed v210 videos that are hundreds of GB in size. Generally I can load into the playlist and timeline and even seek/play without much of a problem, but adding a simple text filter and changing its font size can take 10+ min. Running Windows 10, no apparent resource limitation per Task Manager (CPU, Memory, disk speeds all < 10%), but Shotcut stops responding. I’ve seen this behavior on every PC I’ve tried, not exactly sure what Shotcut is doing in the background. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
