What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)
When copying a clip from timeline and adding to playlist, it doesn’t seem to be working.

The video below is a snippet from one of my guides (where it does work). I’ve been getting reports that people following the video can no longer complete it - and I’ve tested with the same result (doesn’t seem to be working any more).

I’m wondering if this is a bug?

Same here, doesn’t work on that version
But good news, it is fixed since it works on the release candidate v22.06

I am still encountering this bug on V. 22.06.23. Tested on a clean re-install of Shotcut

It works for me.
Did you see the steps that @MusicalBox bid in post #2?

  1. Select a clip on the Timeline
  2. Copy Cfrom the Timeline
  3. + on the Playlist
