hello there, im trying to add self scrolling subtiitles iin shotcut and i have seen some tutorials on how to to do it and they all seem to to do iit via Texxt:html or overlay:html fiilter but its seems trhat ii dont have eiither of those filetrs iin my list 
can someone suggest me how to add those filters or how its done diffrently now ?
Try the Text:Rich filter.
There are 4 scroll presets you can use.
