On win7 64b with v17.11.07 when I use Stablize filter and save the project. Then next when I open the project again I get a message that there is a missing file: D:/Shotcut/vidtsab.rtf. That folder is set as my App folder.
So I’m not able to use this filter. Is that a bug?
