Size Position Rotate filter size only via handles

What is your operating system?

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)? Is it 32-bit?

Shotcut version 22.09.23/ 64 bit

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)
Yes I can repeat problem and also have work around until fixed sort of.
I think pictures will explain better than log, but will attach both.

Shotcut Windows Version.txt (52.2 KB)

Logs might not show the error but pictures will. You can no longer just type in a size increase to a segment. Have to do via handles. (Glad that works) Even if you type the same value in you will get wrong results that is why I did my best to approximate. The one that has 124.1 is typed in and 124.2% using handles look at difference in sizes (also labeled photo prefilter drag but as you see there is the filter on and working). That is the work around not to type in values, but to use the pull handles.
Thank you.
FIRST PICTURE BUG:
Second picture FRAME WITHOUT FILTER
THIRD PICTURE Using handles for WOrk around.

I did not reproduce this. Anyone else? I even tested with a vertical video and video mode. Maybe your upgrade went wrong if you upgraded in place instead of removing the old version. Or perhaps the preview is showing something unexpected temporarily while you are typing and changing numbers.

Thank you.

Hudson555x it was a -3db gain for sound.
The problem was as Dan Said I had improperly installed Shotcut. I went back and made sure to reinstall properly. I did go back in as Dan said and reinstall first I uninstalled using Windows then when I reinstalled I clicked all of the options including the registry erase option for past entries. Problem is fixed.
Yes Operator error due to me not fully installing properly. I’ll be sure to have a full installation in the future.
Thanks for the help.
