Size, Position & Rotate Clashes With 720x480 & 720x576 Video Modes

The Size, Position & Rotate filter’s VUI becomes inaccurate with video modes that have a resolution of 720x480 & 720x576 regardless if it is 4:3 or 16:9.

Can this one please be looked at? It is still an issue for me.

I have this bookmarked. It just hasn’t made it to the top of my list yet.
