  1. Do you have an antivirus installed? Try temporarily disabling it and retrying the installation.
  2. Does your windows account have admin rights?

yes I’m admin.
no changes if I have deactivated antivirus (avira)

That post and the associated ASLR solution refers to Windows 11, but it shouldn’t matter.
