Is it always like that or did it start after a version upgrade ?
What are the size and format of the video you use ?
What are the specs of your computer ?

yes its always like that even if i have a version upgrade

I notice there is no extension on your video file (like .mp4, .mov, .avi etc…)
Does your copy of the file on your computer have an extension ?

So you should expect some difficulty.
