Shotcut isn't creating proxies for all PNG's files

Now as the Creator of the software? better code so the slideshow generator respect the formats of the files, and set time just on the PNG’s, leaving the MP4’s as they are, or…Alternatively record a video managing the MP4’s properties on the Timeline so they playback along as they are, and seamless ,to download ( but not doing it as if you have fire on your seat).

This is what the Timeline is for.

The Slideshow Generator is to facilitate working with multiple images at one time. It might be something as simple as 40 images, or something complex using thousands of image files, as you may need with a timelapse video.
