Shotcut crashes when I remove two tracks right after one another, one with a clip or some clips and the other empty

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Shotcut
  2. Open a video or image.
  3. Drag and drop the video or image to the Timeline.
  4. Select Add Video Track to add track V2.
  5. Click the V1 track label.
  6. Select Remove Track to remove V1.
  7. Click the empty space next to the V2 track label, which is now V1 due to 6).
  8. Select Remove Track.
  9. Shotcut crashes.

You can use Paste, Append, or overwrite to move the video or image to the Timeline in 3).

You can select Insert Track to add V2 in 4). Selecting Audio Track doesn’t cause this problem.

You can click the clip or one of the clips in V1 instead of clicking the track label in 5).

Clicking the track label in 7) and then removing the track in 8) doesn’t cause this problem.

Additional notes:
a) Only tested in Windows 7 64bit.
b) This happens both in 18.08.14 and 18.03.06. I’m presuming that all the versions between and earlier versions have this problem.
c) This happens both on two PCs of mine with different CPUs.

I fixed this for the next release v18.09
