I installed it, like the instruction said. If i create a new project and add a videoline, shotcut closes without any message.
What can i do ?

What do you mean by “videoline”? Do you mean “video track”?
In any case your version of Shotcut is very old as it is from February. There have been 7-8 releases since then. You should go to the Download page which you can click at the top of this page and download the latest version 20.11.28. Try it to see if you still have problems and let us know.
You are using the unsupported Debian provided package, which does not automatically install the required frei0r-plugins package. Try installing that or getting a newer, better build as mentioned above.
Hey,
yes you are right, i mean a videotrack.
I downloaded the version from your side and it runs fine .
I have one more question, i change the path in the Desktop file to “sh ~/Shotcut/Shotcut.app/shotcut” but it dosent open the program. If i open up a terminal on my desktop and execute the line “sh ~/Shotcut/Shotcut.app/shotcut” it open up the program.
Why this line doesnt work in the .dekstop file ?

.desktop
files do not support relative paths, but you can see that I made a hack to workaround it for the Exec
command. This worked for several years on many desktop environments if not all; however, more and more of them have been making changes I think to enforce strictness especially GNOME Shell. I recommend you simply double-click the shell script Shotcut.app/shotcut
or you can put a full path in the desktop file.
Testing this now on Ubuntu 20.04 GNOME Shell, I found that if I copy the desktop file to ~/Desktop
and keep the sh -c "$(dirname "%k")
workaround but change the path relative to the desktop file, it works after I right-click the icon and choose Allow Launching.
Yeah, thank you very much, it works!
Best regards
Kai
