Select specific channel in a single audio track

I received a video .mov file with single audio track.
The audio track has 10 channels.
I was told that they are 5.1, stereo and MnE channels.

In the past, I usually receive them in the format of 10 separate audio tracks.
I can then select the audio tracks I want from the property tab.

In this case, how do I select the audio channel to use in Shotcut?
For example, if I would like to include just the stereo channels transcoded into a MP4?

Shotcut does not support this as it only supports up to 6 channels currently. You need to use another tool to remap those audio channels.
