Hello, I want to insert a video clip (see attachment) at around the 3 minute mark - see picture - but when I use ripple and drop it only moves the Video 1 track, when I need it to move the Audio track along as well. Can anyone help? Much appreciated!

You need to activate Ripple edits across all tracks with this button.
Like this:
NOTE: Take the habit of deactivating it right after you use it. If it’s ON by mistake and it cuts/ripple clips with keyframes on the other tracks, it might mess them up and you won’t be able to undo.
