Removing a gap between clips on multiple layers

I would like to move all of the clips in the yellow box over to the red line (eliminating the gap between the red line/yellow box).

I know I can use “Ctrl A” to select all the clips and then hold down “Ctrl” and deselect every clip on to the left of the red line, but there’s literally 100 clips.

Is there a way to delete the gap equally on all layers?

Is there a way to drag a box around a group of clips similar to the way you would in a graphics editing software?
