Try experimenting with the Hue/Lightness/Saturation and Color-Grading filters and also possibly the Posterise filter.

@ANIE This “pop Art” video was produced by setting a Posterise filter (at 4%) and messing about with the “Hue/Lightness/Saturation” filter.

@ANIE Other filters to “mess around with” include “Old Film: Technicolor”, “Saturation” and possibly “Levels”.
