Hello, I’ve created a project that includes video, audio and pictures. When I export the job the pictures (in PNG format) don’t seem to export and there is just a black screen. The audio and video exports without problem but now my project has black screen where the still photos should be. What’s the best way to fix this?
What is your OS and Shotcut version? Can you upload one of your PNGs that you are using?
I’m on Windows 10 and Shotcut 20.04.12.
Some photos are jpg and some are png. I could see them within the project but not when i exported.
Maybe a screenshot of your project including the timeline would help us.
In fact, it was the filters on the project that were causing the problem. All fixed now!
