Newbee question: in the tutorials there is the function “open as clip” from the context menu on the timeline used.
Where is this now in actual version?
I can only find the “open as clip” in the context menu of playlist items.

If I do this and change something in the souce tab, for example move the out point to another position, because this is there mor precise to make…how I put these changes to the clip on the timeline?
One way seems to set timeline ruler to the begin of the track with and the press the buton to owerwrite the clip.
Is there an easier way?
I think that’s the only way to do it. You can also use the + icon to add the edited clip to the playlist if you want to.
