When I started used the “old film: dust” in new version of Shotcut 18.03.02, it always forced close the app. Can somebody solve this problem?

I reproduced the crash. Shotcut crashed every time the old film dust filter is applied. All the other old film filters are working. Tried it with different clips. The old film dust filter has a bug.
Both Windows and Linux versions crash when the old film dust filter is applied.
This is a regression in v18.03.
Today, I fixed this for the next release version.
Fixed in 18.03.06.
