Hi there, I add a mp4 file It’s work and run on the software but when I export the file it stuck on 19% (I think it’s the timeline position when the file is.
any idea appreciate

I doubt this is an issue with your MP4. More likely it is whatever is on your timeline near 19%. You need to compute the timecode for that based on the total movie duration show on the right side of here:
First, if you have Parallel processing turned on in Export > Video turn it off and try again.
