i was working on this mlt file yesterday and when i opened it today it sent me in a wild goose chase making me enable and disable gpu effects over and over again. How do i get to open this file since it has some work i can’t make use of now. I have checked the autosave folder and there were only 2 ones from 2024.

how do i repair this file to work with or without gpu effects if there is no solution.

Here it is fixed for use with GPU Effects enabled because you have a Size & Position filter on lines/Screenshot 2025-03-10 005609.png on V2 that requires it. If you want a version without GPU Effects then I will need to make a different version with that removed, which will affect how that is overlays V1.

I restored my file but i don’t understand why this happened. Is there something i did wrong? i created this mlt with gpu effects enabled and used all gpu effects that were available to reduce cpu lag. I can’t really tell what the problem was from your explanation and i don’t want to have this problem again. Is it that specific size and position filter or something else that broke my file.
