LUT don't load in folder with é, è, à

not very important but i just see if i load a LUT file from a folder like :
D:\Telechargement\LUT\35-Free-LUTs\35 Free LUTs
it work that perfect i’m happy, but if i load the same LUT file from :
D:\Vidéos\tutoshotcut\LUT\35-Free-LUTs\35 Free LUTs
nothing work
I think the difference is the “é” in folder name
I use 19.06.15 in french
for fix it i put my LUT file in a folder without “é” or “è” or “à”
