Long Error Message when exporting

Hello, I have been having these technical issues exporting videos. I am using the very latest Shotcut version on Win 11 Pro on an Intel CPU.
Before these problems I had exported various videos, short and long but now with these clips, that apparently have various fps, is this is an issue? When I make my project, I leave it on automatic. Anyway, I think it is best that I append on here the error message that I found in the log. I hope that someone can help me clear these issues up. Many thanks in advance. Marc Dierickx (Belgium)

A log is not errors messages.
“Could not open” is an error due to your Windows setup. This is probably in the FAQ
It might be due to “Controlled folder access”

You have an “&” in your folder name, try renaming it to remove it, some special characters might be causing issues.
