Those LUTs seem to be 64 cubed rather than 65 cubed and seem to have an odd input range (-0.8 to 1.4).
The V30 Cinelog seems to use a modified version of I’CtCp rather than Y’CbCr, so it won’t display properly on any software package without a working LUT.
The OETF and the modified ICtCp encoding are given, it should be possible to mathematically create a LUT.
