It wont work when i export my video

so i tried to export my video but it wasnt working so i checked the logs to see what was going on and is said Error: the job XML is empty! Pls help i dont know what this means

What version of Shotcut are you using? There was a problem similar to this if you used the Properties->Reverse function in version 20.10, which is fixed in subsequent versions. If that is your problem I’d suggest you upgrade to a later (the latest?) version.

If that is not your problem you are going to have to provide more information and maybe upload the project file (.mlt) for someone to look at.
