I see on the roadmap: 
Consider adding Import/Export of the presets people make. This would make Shotcut much more viable for using Keyframes and importing userX’s made presets.
And in the appdata Shotcut folder, have a “User Presets” folder, which would prevent accidental deletion of installed standard presets. This would make it easier for those of us who are backup freaks who then can make a direct copy of that folder for backups or to transfer presets to a different computer as some people have multiple computers and OS’s they use.
