Yes, If you are installing the new version then You should delete the old one and download the older version’s portable file(.zip) from this link:-


The reason to download the portable file of older version is that you could open it whenever you want as backup, if you find a bug on the newer version.

Or you could just use the newer version without installing the portable of older version.

This depends on your personal reference.
