is somebody who can tell me how he works with a lot of files, like you can see in screenshot? I mean theres no organisation and also when draging a file to timeline, i cant see in file list if its already used in timeline or not.
Also its not possible to create directories to organize the project more useable.
How do you deal with this?

I do not know if it is possible with Shotcut, however I see two solutions the first is to give an order to each the videos the second to delete from the playlist the videos bet in the timeline.
Your screenshot shows the filename both within the Playlist and the Timeline, this is your indicator of what has been added to the Timeline from the Playlist. We can see that you have added “DSC_0520.jpg” from Playlist to Timeline.
