How to change only audio codec in existing clip?

Hi,

Is it possible and how to change just audio codec in a video clip, while leaving video as is?

You can change the audio codec of a clip when exporting.

Click the advanced tab, select the audio tab then change it.

No, that is a job for the ffmpeg command line or GUI frontend (e.g. Tencoder) or AviDemux.

What @sauron wrote will transcode the video, but if you do not mind that (e.g. H.264 -> H.264 while losing a little quality), that will work.
