Actually, you can skip (1) because if you click no preset or change nothing in Advanced, then it is same as Default.

I made that thinking that someone new might not realize this, and just click something different for a preset like MPEG2 and have issues. When I first started I was trying all of the H.264 profiles, as I didn’t know.
