Do you guys know how to do this because I have been struggling,
I was trying to find filters but there didn’t seem to be one.
Try the levels filter. Reduce input white.
Add a 10% glow.
I tried it with the same png and background to test it but it doesn’t work
Guess those filters won’t do it.
Hard to tell because you did not provide the original image, but that image seems to have some z-axis motion blur on it, and Shotcut does not have motion blur - only a quasi horizontal or vertical motion blur using Blur: Box filter.
I experimented with keyable color correction, blur and some glow effects in order of the right layer position:
