How do I remove black bars on a video?

  1. set the video mode to 1080p HD
  2. add the Size Position & Rotate video filter
  3. zoom in and reposition to remove black bars

P.S. cropping a smaller rectangle of a SD source and up-scaling to 1080p HD is not going to look nice.
