Hi, I’m a complete newbie, so, sorry if this topics has been replayed to already. But i really don’t know how to name…and therefore, how to search for it.

So, does someone know how to do this effect?

It’s seems to be a first still image that become moving as a second image, but welll, don’t know.

It’s called Datamoshing.
There is no filter in Shotcut that can do this.
