Help. The latest version is always failing to export the video no matter what!

  • Can you repeat the problem: Yes. If so, what are the steps: Exporting the video on the same config (High Profile H264), with or without the hardware encoder gives the same issue anyway. This issue was never a thing on the old versions at all!

If you want the whole output just mention it since it’s too big.

I do not believe you were not exporting the exact same project on the old version. Each project is a different case. Did you download a previous version or still have it? You can do that by using the “portable” download without needing to uninstall.

The log shows “Failed with exit code -1073741819”, which is a common error code that simply means the background exporter program crashed. When that happens, the job in the Jobs panel shows a time value in (hours:)minutes:seconds. You can go to that time in the timeline to see if there is something weird or especially complex that could have triggered a problem. Then, disable or simplify some things and try again.
